Atlas Canada is the first van line in Canada to put a quality program in place that requires their moving consultants and agent moving companies to perform mandatory actions on each move. Atlas Canada's Quality in Motion program is comprised of three pillars: Wisdom, Strength and Reward.
A considerable amount of effort is invested in the training of Atlas agents. This training ensures Premiere moving consultants, packers, loaders, van operators and administration personnel have the experience necessary to deliver the level of service you pay for and deserve.
Quality Assurance Certificate
Moving consultants must clearly explain each phase of the moving process to you. Your signature on the Atlas Quality Assurance Certificate acknowledges receipt and confirms all moving processes were clearly explained to you including:
Essential Services
On each move, Atlas agents and van operators must complete an Essential Services Form to confirm all mandatory actions have been completed. For your protection and peace of mind, Atlas assesses financial penalties to those agents who do not complete the following mandatory actions:
Based on the letters and emails Premiere and Atlas receive from customers like you, monthly, and quarterly financial rewards and recognition are given to those who have provided outstanding customer service.
Atlas Canada also offers yearly quality awards for agents and van operators based on a number of factors including claims frequency, claims cost, on time deliveries and by customer ratings and comments on our Quality Surveys.
