How
much will the move cost?
To receive a FREE- NO OBLIGATION ESTIMATE for your move, please complete
the Request for Estimate form and click the "Submit Form" button
at the bottom of the Estimates page, or Contact
Us. Your request will automatically be handled by the Premiere Van
Lines office nearest you.

I
am moving to another country. Where can I find Customs Forms / Documents?
We offer complete help and guidance to ensure you have access to all necessary Customs Forms and documentation required for your relocation.

What
items can I pack myself?
If you wish to pack yourself, we recommend you pack only unbreakable
items. Keep in mind that all owner packed items travel at owner's risk.
To safeguard against breakage we recommend you have your items packed
professionally.

What
if I can't take delivery of my goods , due to unforeseen circumstances?
Premiere Van Lines - Storage Services has more than 1 Million square
feet of clean, secure, climate-controlled storage facilities across Canada,
for short or long term storage. Premiere Van Lines can also make arrangements
for storage in other countries to cover delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
Storage is an additional charge.

What
method of payment do you accept?
If you are being moved by your employer and the bill is going directly
to them, please make arrangements with your employer and Premiere Van
Lines well in advance of your moving date. This will help to avoid delays
when the move is scheduled.
If you are paying for the move yourself, Premiere Van Lines offers many
payment options. Cash, Certified Cheque, Bank Draft / Money Order, Master
Card, Visa and American Express. All payments must be received in advance
of delivery.

How
do you keep track of my goods?
All your goods are inventoried on load day. Information on each item,
such as the condition, is noted and the item is given a number. On delivery
each item is checked off against the inventory list.
